How It All Works
1. Schedule a Free Consultation Call
We will start off with a consultation call, a low-key and no-pressure way for us to connect. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, what you might need and whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.

2. Processing your paperwork and scheduling the first appointment
After your registration packet is processed, I will reach out to schedule your first appointment. You will also be informed of any applicable fees, including co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance. During the first appointment, I will conduct an assessment and we will develop treatment goals together.

3. Engage in ongoing therapy
This is your space to be heard, reflect and start shaping a therapy plan that truly fits your unique journey. Together we will work towards your goals and make steps towards change.
